Important Note:
Please refrain from paying in advance. We ask that you make your payment during the lesson while watching your child or on the same day the lesson is completed. This is because we prioritize group lessons first, and private or semi-private lessons cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled lesson. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to half the lesson cost. Please note that NO make-up lessons will be provided for missed sessions. This policy applies to all circumstances, including last-minute illness, unexpected work obligations, and other emergencies. If you are unsure about your ability to attend, we recommend canceling early to avoid the fee.
Late Payment Policy:
​​​Effective immediately, J&M Aquatics has implemented the following payment policy: Payment Window: - Payment for scheduled lessons must be completed within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time. ​Late Payment Fee: - If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, a $5 late payment fee will be applied to your account. An invoice for the lesson and late payment fee will be sent to you. Scheduling Restrictions: - Outstanding payments, including any late fees, must be cleared before additional lessons can be scheduled. Enforcement: - This policy ensures fairness and maintains the quality of our operations. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this updated policy. Valid Late Payment Exceptions: - We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason for a late payment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. However, simply forgetting to pay is not a valid excuse. To avoid any fees, we highly recommend making your payment during the lesson or immediately after it. ​​
